Please be advised that it is not a prerequisite to have passed the ECCCS Levels 1 and 2 examinations to qualify for the Level 3 programme.

Prospective candidates are welcome to enrol directly in the ECCCS Level 3 programme and subsequently complete the mini-thesis upon successful completion of the ECCCS Levels 1 and 2 examinations.

ECCCS - Level 1

This programme provides students with in-depth, practical training on the principles associated with EOT, disruption, and delay claims. 

Level 1 graduates will be able to prepare top-tier construction claims. 

ECCCS - Level 2

After completing the Level 1 programme, Level 2 students can advance their ‘construction claims’ skill set to a higher level by mastering complex quantum calculations, prelims modelling for EOT claims and Big Data analysis/visualizations.  

ECCCS - Level 3

This intensive programme is designed to produce elite claims specialists who possess comprehensive knowledge of all key legal, contractual, and quantum issues related to construction claims. On construction projects, ECCCS – Level 3 graduates will either lead or be an integral part of the senior corporate Claims Management Team (CMT).
