The Society of Construction Claims Specialists International was founded by N.M.Raj, an internationally renowned construction claims/contracts specialist. The SCCSI operates under the auspices of its parent association, The Society of Construction Professionals International, also founded by N.M.Raj, which has over 50,000 members worldwide.
The objectives of the SCCSI are the following:
- Provide construction professionals with an opportunity to receive structured Learning Management System (LMS) based training in order to qualify as a “Certified Construction Claims Specialist” (CCCS) , Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) and / or “Certified Construction Delay Analyst” (CCDA).
Professionals who complete the training and pass the online exam are entitled to use the post-nominal title “CCCS”, “CCCA” and/ or “CCDA” after their name. (Please refer to the “Certification” section for more information)
- Achieve top-tier international recognition for certified members and make “CCCS”, “CCCA” and ”CCDA” the gold standard for all construction claims specialists worldwide.
- The SCCSI will actively co-operate with the best construction companies/consultancies in the world in order to spread awareness about the immense calibre of our certified professionals.
- Provide a platform/forum for construction claims and dispute resolution specialists to network and share knowledge, expertise, opinions, leads and opportunities.
